The egg fried rice itself was soft and fragrant, but had no "wok hei". Portion of pork chop was decent, mostly tender and sometimes slightly dry. Chili was quite spicy, aromatic, and a good accompaniment. Fried egg was crispy and oily as to …

Located at the previous Pho Street eatery. It is a small eatery with about 20 seats. Fried rice standard was ok. Service was fast.

Food taste is ok jus that rice can be given more. But the accompaniment of dry chili is too spicy and makes the whole dish dry, which should offer a saucier sauce like chili sauce. The aircon isn't strong enough too with birds visiting in. Service wise staff is not well trained and uses phone Infront of customers. Staff (auntie) not trained to process a refund when ordered wrongly to a set using sok Kiosk and said "it is the customer's fault afterall", customer is always right in f&b.. but in the end the black shirt chef called the manager and offered a partial refund. Because there is no such thing as cannot void or cannot refund in the POS.

I ordered a fried rice set meal which came with an egg. At the counter, I specifically requested a fully cooked egg because I am pregnant and can only consume well-done eggs. The staff at the counter acknowledged my request and passed the message to the kitchen. However, I overheard the uncle at the cooking station making a remark to another staff member, asking something like “How well done? 70% cooked?” in a tone that seemed to make light of my request. Despite informing them right away when placing my order (not last minute), I was still served a runny egg. It was clear that they did not make a new one for me, but simply gave me one that was already pre-prepared. This was very disappointing as my request was not unreasonable, and it is also a matter of food safety during pregnancy. Because of this experience, I do not feel confident about dining at this outlet again. I hope the management can take this seriously and remind staff to respect and accommodate customers’ dietary needs without dismissive behavior.

It is totally wrong to put trays of eggs on the countertop, as shown in the photo. The open cooked rice is directly below the trays, presenting obvious hygiene issues. Why do they do that?

Convinient location. Fried rice so so no wok hey. Chicken chops a bit over cooked, meat a bit hard thus not juicy.
