REFASH Reopens at Northpoint City Yishun: Bigger Store, More Brands, Same $9 Preloved Floor
REFASH is back at Northpoint City, and it is bigger. The Singapore thrift chain confirmed the reopening on 11 July 2026 with a video post across its Instagram and Facebook channels, describing the new Yishun outlet at #02-135/136/137 in the South Wing as one of its largest stores in Singapore. The unit replaces the older, smaller Northpoint outlet the brand closed earlier in the year, and the racks are now stocked with preloved pieces from Love Bonito, Lovet, The Editor's Market and a longer list of brands than the previous location carried.
Daily hours are 11am to 9.30pm, matching the rest of the Northpoint City South Wing. The store sits one floor up from the Yishun MRT (NS13) underpass, which means you can walk from the platform to the rack without stepping outside, useful in the afternoon Yishun heat.
What is different about the new store
The previous Northpoint REFASH was a single unit at #02-156/157. The reopened store spreads across three adjacent units, #02-135/136/137, which roughly triples the floor space. The expanded footprint lets the brand separate womenswear, menswear and accessories into distinct zones rather than the cramped single-room layout of the old outlet, and it makes room for the higher volume of brands the store now accepts.
REFASH markets itself as Singapore's largest thrift store brand, and the Northpoint reopening is the second major store refresh the chain has done in 2026. Pricing still starts at around $9 for preloved pieces, with curated brand-name items marked higher. The store buys directly from the public: bring your clean, sorted preloved clothes in and the staff will assess and pay on the spot, which is the supply model that keeps the racks turning over.
What to hunt for and which brands to look for
The hunt at the reopened Northpoint REFASH is brand-led. Love Bonito is the anchor brand at most REFASH outlets and the Northpoint store is no exception, with past-season LB dresses, tops and bottoms usually the most picked-over section. Lovet, The Editor's Market and other local labels sit on the same racks. Imported mid-tier brands (Zara, Mango, COS, Uniqlo) fill out the middle of the store, and a small accessories and bags section sits near the till.
For the best value, go on a weekday morning within the first two hours of opening. New stock comes in daily from the public drop-offs and the morning shift is when the freshly sorted items hit the floor before the after-work crowd gets to them. The store also runs periodic site-wide online discount codes; the brand's social posted a 38% off sitewide code in mid-July, which stacks with in-store clearance labels.
Why this matters for the North side
Yishun has been short on dedicated thrift retail since the old REFASH closed. The nearest comparable secondhand fashion stores were at Eastpoint Mall in Simei or the REFASH outlets further south, neither of which is a practical trip from Yishun on public transport. The Northpoint reopening puts a flagship-scale thrift store back inside a 10-minute walk of every resident within the Yishun MRT catchment, and it sits in the same mall as the existing Love Bonito pop-up sale format that runs periodically through Metro at Causeway Point.
If you are combining a thrift browse with the rest of a Yishun Saturday, the SAFRA Yishun N6 Open House Carnival runs the same morning on 18 July 2026 a short bus ride away on service 811.
