Tea chain CHAGEE has expanded to Yishun with a new outlet at Wisteria Mall, claiming one of the most visible spots in the mall, right at the main entrance, directly opposite Maxi-Cash. The outlet opened in early May 2026, making it the brand's first North-side location and bringing CHAGEE's modern tea concept to a residential corridor that previously had to travel to Ang Mo Kio or town for a cup.
A Strategic Location
The new CHAGEE outlet occupies part of what was previously a larger Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf store. The original cafe has been reconfigured with a reduced footprint to make way for CHAGEE, which sits closer to the main entrance for maximum foot traffic. The location choice is deliberate, Wisteria Mall is the neighbourhood mall for the Yishun Ring Road residential belt, and the main entrance is the highest-traffic spot in the entire mall. CHAGEE's grab-and-go format also suits the entrance location better than a full cafe, since most orders are taken away rather than consumed on-site.

CHAGEE is known globally for being one of the few tea beverage brands that does not offer pearls or toppings in its teas. Instead, the brand uses fresh milk and real tea leaves, with a focus on freshly brewed teas and a premium positioning. The Fresh Milk Tea series is the headline range, including the Jasmine Green Milk Tea (SGD 4.90 regular, SGD 5.90 large), Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea (SGD 4.90 regular, SGD 5.90 large) and Da Hong Pao Milk Tea (SGD 4.90 regular, SGD 5.90 large). The Teaspresso Latte series includes the Tangerine Peel Pu-er Tea Latte (SGD 5.90), which is prepared with a teapresso shot poured over iced fresh milk. The Snowcap Milk Tea series tops iced milk tea with whipped cream, with the Da Hong Pao Snow Cap Milk Tea (SGD 6.90) as the signature order.

Adding CHAGEE at the main entrance reshapes the layout of the entrance area and introduces a new beverage anchor right at the front of the mall. For North-side residents who previously had to travel to Plaza Singapura or Orchard Gateway for their CHAGEE fix, the Wisteria Mall outlet cuts the travel time significantly, the nearest MRT is Khatib, which is a 10-minute walk or a short bus ride away.
