Poor Service 👎 food is expensive and not worth it.

I come here every day and walk 8 minutes just to eat your economic bee hoon. Previously, the portion given by your staff was still reasonable. However, since the new staff took over, the portion has become so small that it is not enough to fill us up. Even my younger sister, who usually eats very little, feels that the portion is not enough. I have already given feedback to the uncle at the front counter multiple times. I told him that the portions are really too small now — we are not asking for extra, but at least a reasonable amount. The price you are charging is not proportional to the food portion given. Have you noticed that your business seems to have dropped recently? Not every customer is willing to give feedback, but I took the effort to let you know about this issue. I also asked your staff for the boss's contact number. The first time called, the person said I had the wrong number. When I asked again, the number could not be reached at all. I even went back to confirm again, and the number still could not be connected. I sincerely hope the owner can come down personally to supervise and properly train the staff you have hired.
