I came to order and yet the background music so loud. Is my fault I read wrongly I thought it is watermelon milk tea, when I read the order POS system I said not wintermelon is watermelon, the staff laughed at me. When I checked at the menu its winter melon milk tea and I apologize. I tell off the staff don't have to laugh at me it is not funny. Even the service staff cashier was rude and she can't even listen to what I'm ordering nor I listen to what she said, she didnt even explain well about the order at least they should. The rest of the staff just stood there n don't even care. Badservuce. Hope to improve and lower down the music.

Super bad customer service. Cashier with light brown hair squarish rose gold specs has huge attitude problem no wonder they all didn’t dare to wear name tags. Was helping my friend to order and wasn’t really sure if they wanted pearls. So I apologised, stepped aside, asked the cashier to serve other customers first. They choose to start making the order BEFORE I even paid for anything and BEFORE I even confirmed anything. And I clearly made known that I wasn’t sure. When I was sure I ordered, the cashier blamed me and say next time confirm alr then order. And they blamed me because they alr started making the order. Making THEIR problem MY problem. Seriously. How about YOU start making the order only after I paid for them bij. The procedure of starting to process the order doesn’t even make sense they choose to start before the order was paid for and confirmed. No thought process at all. Can’t imagine the wastage caused by the staffs.

I find the tea quality much better than Gong Cha or Koi, let alone comparing with LiHo. The Okinawa milk tea is very worthwhile to have, with zero sugar! The selection of drinks is also a large range!

have visited Share Tea at Northpoint many times and the service is always stellar!!! staff take pride in serving customers and always do so with a smile. the milk teas are yummy too.

Decided to purchase it for the 1st time and not sure what to drink but the female staff was friendly to recommend me a drink and I end with 2 drinks cause she told me there's a Buy one 🆓 one drink promotion so I got myself that promo and I love the tea taste it was brew to my taste I would definitely purchase again next time in I'm around the area and the drinks came out quite fast I didn't have to wait a long time& loving the design of the cups.
