Seng Heng Atas Roasted Delights is a Chinese roast meat stall at Vista Point's Kopitiam food court, specialising in roasted duck and soy sauce chicken rice. The stall has built a solid following for its carefully prepared meats — the roasted duck with its crispy, lacquered skin and tender flesh, and the soy sauce chicken with its silky, flavour-soaked meat — both served over fragrant rice with accompanying sauces. The "Atas" in its name signals an aspiration to quality that regulars say is reflected in the taste, particularly the herbal dang gui soup broth that has drawn enthusiastic praise. The menu includes set meals combining various roast meats with rice, alongside noodles and individual meat portions. The stall operates daily from 9 AM to 7:30 PM, serving both dine-in at the food court and takeaway, with islandwide delivery available through foodpanda. While some customers note that meat portions can be variable, the overall quality and flavour — particularly the duck and the herbal soup — keep regulars coming back. For a satisfying plate of roast duck or soy sauce chicken rice in the Woodlands area, Seng Heng Atas at Vista Point is a dependable neighbourhood choice. It delivers classic Chinese roast flavours without the need to travel further afield.Operating hours not available

Bad experience. Food portion is too small. Will not return.

Take out soy chicken noodles at this Vista Point stall inside Kopitiam corner. Pathetic few pieces of flat chicken meat with noodles. Not even a strand of veg. The mix char siew and roast pork portion is slightly better but the roast pork is thin pieces and the char siew is so fatty I hardly see meat in it. Disappointment.

Average roasted meat store in the heartlands charging exorbitant prices. Update: I stand corrected. To shed some context for my first experience, I dapaoed their 叉烧烧肉 rice and it costed $7.10 which was expensive. I also have to admit that I might have been biased as this stall was featured on get fed with Zen Tay kor kor and that guy is obnoxious, hoping not to see him at Vista Point. They have since introduced multiple value sets for 2pax (around $5+ per pax) which is affordable especially if you use the NTUC app for 10% off.
