Saizeriya at Wisteria Mall

The first worst outlet I ever been to. The food was served fast. Service is ok but the taste was damn bad especially the corn soup don’t know how to even describle the taste. The black triffle mushroom don’t even have the truffle taste and tasted bland.

Waited 30 mins for food to come even when it’s not crowded. They also missed out on orders for the table next to ours. People who come after us got their food first (: Service was bad, staff didn’t even apologise and couldn’t care less.

Food was good. It was closing time and there were 2 other families as well who were finishing up. The lady who seems to be one of the manager, approached our table of 10 and told us she wants to clear the table rudely. We were taken a back. We asked her if she wanted us to leave and she said she wants to clear the table. The minute we stood up, she enthusiastically said loudly, Bye Sir, Bye Ma'am. Repeatedly she kept shouting Bye Sir till we left. So sad that a manger would behave this way. Pls send them for leadership training so they can represent Saizeria.

Wanted to order for take away cashier wearing a black t which I believe is a manager right? I told home I wanted black pepper chicken noodle he suddenly ask me want black pepper or garlic? I asked him if inside has noodle right because I want to double confirm but he ignored me and I order black pepper when I receive there is no noodle just chicken.

Food is overcooked the veggie is old and saggy. 2 oct 2025, 2 Philippino omg, rude service, ask her help to find ballons, her tone is sucks, and redundant, another one keep pushing chair at the girl leg, calling her ignore. Can stop going there for dinner and start going somewhere for dinner, eat at below hawker also better than eating here. At least there got AC And yes until now no AC, how many mths already.
