just buy 4 waffle (peanut) & 3 egg tart, but when I reach home the waffle all plain don’t have any peanut inside the waffle 😰 Check the bill the price pay for waffle peanut.. (Northpoint primadeli)

Their cakes are fine and priced affordable. However today, I had a bad experience with their staff. I bought a cake, and my son was asking for it to be eaten. When I asked them for a disposable spoon, one of the staff moved to take one, while another staff shouted saying they don't have - even the staff that moved to take one wasa bit surprised. It's ridiculous that a cake shop doesn't have a disposable spoon or even a small knife. Please instruct your staff to not be mean and go the extra mile - otherwise you'll lose your customers soon.

By far the worst PrimaDeli I have ever been to. The lady staff was very unmotivated. She made the waffles with no intention of making a waffle. She ignored a customer blatantly. The waffle on the other hand, was tiny and the chocolate spread was so bad I might as well paid $1.70 for it. The cheese waffle they put 1 slice of cheese.
