Phoenix Nasi Lemak + Economic Bee Hoon is a neighbourhood stall at Block 848 Yishun Street 81, combining two of Singapore's most beloved everyday meals under one roof. By day, the economic bee hoon draws early risers with its array of pre-cooked dishes — fried egg, luncheon meat, fish cake, and vegetables — ladled over soft bee hoon for a quick, affordable breakfast. As the day progresses, the nasi lemak takes centre stage, featuring fragrant coconut rice paired with crispy fried chicken, sambal chilli, fried egg, anchovies, and cucumber. The dual-concept approach ensures the stall serves the community from morning through evening, catering to breakfast crowds and supper seekers alike. Prices are kept accessible, reflecting the hawker ethos of filling stomachs without emptying wallets. The stall's location in the heart of Yishun's residential blocks makes it a convenient stop for residents who need no introduction — nasi lemak and economic bee hoon are familiar comfort, and Phoenix delivers both reliably. For Yishun residents seeking a straightforward, no-frills plate of nasi lemak or a comforting economic bee hoon breakfast, Phoenix is a neighbourhood staple that does exactly what it promises. Simple, satisfying, and always there when you need it.Operating Hours

Beehoon bad ( tough ) rice bad ( starchy ).. Even Found one piece of plastic inside the chilli sauce. ( they cut the chilli packaging and the plastic fall inside ? ) Even the fried ingredients like fish cakes are of low quality. Almost Everything is of low quality. Though service is good.

Really value for money nasi lemak. Got a side of chicken wing, ikan bilis, luncheon meat and fried egg - total cost only $4.50. The rice wasn’t as fragrant as I would like it to be, probably not enough coconut cream. The sambal is the make or break for a nasi lemak dish. And this sambal is probably above average compared to a lot of places - enough spice and sweetness. Opens till late night as well if you are craving for nasi lemak.

There are 2 counter here, so the queue can always clear very fast. The rice is perfectly cooked, and it's infused with a coconut fragrance. The chili was good and not too spicy, the ikan bilis are crispy and salty. Veg are fresh. Bee Hon and Kway teow were not up to my expectation.
