Ordered at 6:54am via mobile app and am still waiting at 7:15am. This is probably the most under-staff and slow outlet. The crew looked so lost and disorganised, lots of chattering and laughing but nothing is served. The outlet manager could have done a better job at managing and soothing customers' frustrations, rather then stating the obvious, i.e. only one cook, very unhappily and rudely.

I ordered sausage but chicken came. and the customer service was so rude, ask for salt and pepper but throw it on the counter. I work in customer service industry too but if u can’t work, don’t. don’t show attitude to customers. & please I ordered SAUSAGE.

I ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin. Although the burger wrapper said "Sausage Egg McMuffin," the inside was just a regular Sausage McMuffin. This was very disappointing. I hope the kitchen can check and fix this issue.
