The service in Oasis Terrace outlet is very very bad.. They mainly doing grab/panda food service. All walk in service they ignore and forgotten about customers service. We walked in for order and waited for 30mins for our rolls.. Asked the stuff.. They Don even respond to us, head down continue with making their rolls. We nd to ask 4th time in order to get a head down respond. They Don even bother to look at us when answering us.. What type of service is this.. We knw u r busy but is it so hard to give a simple answer with eye contact to your customer which takes less then a min of your busy time. Will never go back ther again! Anyway no lose.. U got plenty of grab/panda orders.. Walk in is small profit ya. @.@

Employees does not realise that the person ordering is a student even though the school name is big and visibly printed at the centre of the shirt. And the school has already existed for over 100 years. So the employee needs to focus more on the job and be more observant. When reminded that she forgot to input student offer into the system, she merely said ‘But I already input already leh’. So maybe the system kinda bad too

Company ignores feedback sent via email (there is no other way to contact them). Orders are wrong at times. Got soba when I requested for using etc. Fryer closes at 8.30pm when shop closes at 9pm. Maybe make this clearer at the opening hours section so that people don't waste time coming down.
