Nur Hidayah
If you don't want to pay and have to deal with their scorn, I highly recommend avoiding the restaurant! I ordered two takeout noodles at 6:15 AM and sat in front of their stall. 20 minutes passed, and still no food arrived. I didn't ask, but just sat there quietly. A guy at the stall came over to check my number, then went back. Then another girl came over and asked, "What's my order?" I asked, "Did you forget?" The girl was incredibly rude and arrogant, shouting, "It's not your turn yet!" I was completely bewildered. I just said two orders of fried e-mee noodles. After another 15 minutes, I still hadn't received my order. I was holding number 3, while everyone else had already taken numbers 4 and 5. Even if the numbers weren't in order, it shouldn't have taken 35 minutes, right? There was no indication of the expected wait time when I ordered, and there wasn't anyone in line. I waited a full 35 minutes before asking, which isn't unreasonable, right? Then I approached her and asked, "Did you forget?" The girl again shouted, "It's inside! There's only one person. What are you doing?" I felt like I was the one who did something wrong. I waited 35 minutes for no apparent reason, and I asked "Excuse me" twice. And this is the attitude I got? The other three staff members inside remained silent. So we paid, waited 35 minutes, and asked politely, only to be scolded? Do we owe you this? Since you asked me about my order 20 minutes into my wait, you must have forgotten. Otherwise, why would you even ask me what it was? Is it so hard to admit a mistake? Was it your own fault, or was there a miscommunication within your team, and you're taking your anger out on the customer? I honestly think you're terrible 👎🏻 horrible ✖️ horrible ‼ ️
