Had bad experience collecting my online order at this branch. They forgot to check my order in their drawer and do not have any gift box when I collected although I pre-ordered a gift set for my parents. although the staff were nice and apologize, it is just a disappointing shopping experience that does not confer any confidence. All my dumplings were hastily placed in a plastic bag and given to me. Not a place to go to if you need dumplings as presentable gifts to elders.

I have been eating the nonya dumplings for 50 yrs. This is the worst dumpling I ate it today. The rice is uncooked and hard on one side. No quality control.
