Ding Ding Xiang Mala Hotpot at Junction Nine is a popular mala xiang guo stall that serves up bold, aromatic Sichuan-style dry hotpot in the heart of Yishun. The name Ding Ding Xiang roughly translates to "crispy and fragrant," and the stall lives up to it with its wok-hei-rich stir-fries that coat every ingredient in a numbing, spicy sauce. Diners hand-pick their choice of vegetables, meats, and tofu from the display counter, and the chef wok-tosses everything to order, ensuring maximum freshness and flavour. The menu centres on the build-your-own mala xiang guo concept, with pricing based on the weight of selected ingredients. Spice levels can be adjusted to suit individual preferences, making it accessible to both seasoned mala lovers and newcomers. Dine-in within the Junction Nine food court and takeaway are both available, with delivery offered through foodpanda. It is a solid choice for a quick, fiery meal that delivers big on taste. When you need a mala fix in Yishun, Ding Ding Xiang answers the call. Pick your ingredients, choose your spice, and dig into a bowl of Sichuan comfort.Operating Hours

They opened before 12 pm you can try and visit them around 11:30 am and still be able to order from them. My family loves eating together here at Junction 9. The uncle charges really cheap for the Mala Xiang Guo here!

Fresh ingredients such as intestines. Sauce has a good texture, not watery but not greasy. A slight curry powder taste but still fragrant.
