Canadian 2 For 1 Pizza at Sembawang Shopping Centre

Freaking useless outlet. Been waiting for the pizzas for over 3 and a half hours and finally they got delivered COLD to my home. Store's phone number also not responding to any calls. And cannot cancel/refund order during the long wait. $30 thrown down the drain. Could instead have donated it to charity whom values the contribution. Next time will boycott Canadian Pizza. I wish you permanently close down as quickly as possible. Go do something else for a living.

Worst ever customer service and delivery from their yishun branch. Please refer to my order number CPY006873, order was placed at 8.29pm. We have yet to receive our order at 10.23m. Called up the Yishun Branch, operator refuses to give her name and lied that she is only a part-timer and do not have colleague working in the outlet nor know the outlet manager. wow.. unbelievable. Simply refuse for me to speak to anyone over the phone. I was only told that my order was handed over to the delivery rider at 9.25pm so technically my pizzas were out and around for an hour. Eventually we only receive our pizzas at 10.28pm, approximately 2 hours from when the order was placed. The pizzas arrived cold and hard, the box of chicken wings were soggy and box already rotten from the water condensation. It is such a shame to know that this is the current customer service standard and food quality standard by Canadian Pizza.

Ordered online and it took 1 hour 45 mins to arrive. Pizza had gone cold and hard, a bit like my love for Canadian Pizza.

First and last time! Ordered the day before for pick up between 10:30-10:45. Arrived at 10:40, they forgot to make the order. Promised it will be ready in 10 minutes, the order was ready half an hour later at 11:15. Half hour well wasted, no refund offered. Will go to dominos next time
